The ISO 9000 series of certifications is a set of five quality management systems and standards that has been introduced to assist organisations in ensuring that they are able to meet client and other stakeholder requirements within the statutory and regulatory conformities pertaining to steel products. Further, the IATF certifications go a step further in addressing issues like problem-solving, error proofing, and warranties.
