Quality Circle Council (QCC) and Kaizan teams

QUALITY CIRCLE COUNCIL (QCC) is a small-group activity that channels the skills of employees in solving quality related problems related to their own job through “participative” management techniques. Groups of employees working together in an operation or section form “cirlces” and select problems and solve them on their own using well defined methodology and without much help from other departments or major financial expenditure.

Employees are trained in problem solving tools and techniques such as Pareto Analysis,stratification of data etc.. Mukand currently has 5 such active QCCs. The company also has 4 Kaizan teams.
