A stainless steel bright bar is a stainless steel bar that has been further processed after hot rolling to achieve a smooth, bright, clean and dimensionally accurate surface. The bar undergoes finishing processes such as peeling, centreless grinding, or drawing, depending on the required specification. These processes improve Surface finish, Dimensional accuracy, Straightness and Consistency. Unlike a conventional hot-rolled bar, a bright bar has a much smoother and more polished-looking surface and tighter dimensional tolerances.
